The Pre-termed session is convoked by the call of 151 People´s Deputies for the scrutiny of the following issues:

1) The Bill of the Law of Ukraine on the amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the peculiarities of the measures of the financial restructuring of the banks (Reg.№4630);

2) Bill of the Law of Ukraine on the amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for the Year 2009" (Reg.№ 4720);

3) the bill of the Law of Ukraine on the amendments to certain legislative acts re the elections of the President of Ukraine (Reg.№ 4747);

4) the Bill of the Law of Ukraine on the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (re the terms of the Verkhovna Rada of Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local and village councils authority) (Reg.№ 4177);

5) the Bill of the Law of Ukraine on the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (re the restriction of the Deputies´ immunity) (Reg.№ 1375);

6) the Bill of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution on the dismissal of Onishchuk Mykola Vasyliovych from the Post of Minister on Justice of Ukraine (Reg.№4583);

7) the Bill of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution on adoption of the members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Reg.№4731);

8) the Bill of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution on adoption of V. Karetko on the Post of the Chairman of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine (Reg.№4732);

9) the Bill of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution on adoption of O. Nalyvaiko on the pos of the Chairman of the State Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine (Reg. № 4733);

10) the Bill of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution on dismissal of V. Poltavets from the post of Minister on Coal Industry of Ukraine (Reg. № 04738);
